The Santa Monica Democratic Club will host new Santa Monica City Manager, Rick Cole at the August 26th meeting of the Santa Monica Democratic Club. Rick will share his insights from being Mayor of Pasadena and his experience with LA Mayor Garcetti on slow growth, traffic, resource protection, the new light rail line, water issues, and tourism.
